We had a great site overlooking the Arkansas River.
We had a great view of the bridge and the lock. The bridge opened in 1970. Before that, there was a ferry to carry people across the Arkansas River from Conway to Toad Suck. By the way, Toad Suck was named for the saloon which stood on the south bank of the river.
While staying at Toad Suck, we found a few geocaches, but the weather was so hot that it was not fun!
From Toad Suck we continued on our way to Siloam Springs, Arkansas, to visit Bob's parents. We also needed to recoup our budget to get it back to $75 a day. It just so happened that on our last day in Siloam we helped Bob's mom celebrate her 82nd birthday!
From Siloam Springs it was time to continue our journey. More to come soon!

Wow! Such beautiful pictures. I can only imagine how wonderful these location really are. I want travel each day too. One more reason why I play the lottery! How is the leak?
The locations are great! We suggest you keep playing the lottery. The leak is under control. There is still a small leak so when it rains we just pull in the slide.
